Bidirectional Length Gauge – µSPEED-PRO

ELOVIS introduces the new second generation of μSPEED-PRO. The bidirectional gauge for non-contact length and speed measurement now offers, in addition to the familiar properties “direction detection” and “measurement from zero”, higher measurement dynamics and measuring speeds of up to more than 1,200 m/min. The new system covers fast-running processes with frequent starts and stops and processes with backward movement of the material due to production characteristics. Here again all the system features:

  • Bidirectional Laser Encoder
  • Automatic dectection of forward and backward material movement
  • Measurement starting from Zero m/min to avoid measurement errors during starts and stops
