ELOVIS GmbH offers sensors, measurement systems and system solutions for numerous industrial measurement tasks. These include non-contact length measurement of products that cannot be measured accurately enough either manually, mechanically or by friction force. Examples are length measurement of paper, foil, textile, nonwoven, cable, wire, profile, tube and hoses. The “calibrated” length measurement is also one of these applications. For high-precision, but also non-contact length measurement of discrete parts, e.g. of profiles, tubes, winding cores, furniture boards, OSB-, MDF-, HDF- or chipboards during regular production, ELOVIS offers a worldwide unique measuring solution based on length-section light scanners. The non-contact speed measurement, on the other hand, is used to control and monitor machines and processes. The measurement and monitoring of widths, heights or thicknesses as well as other geometry parameters, but also the wireless transmission of measured values are further applications for ELOVIS measurement solutions.
