non-contact width measurement and thickness measurement for strips
Narrow strips are to be checked for compliance with a defined width and thickness. Width and thickness errors that already exist in production can no longer be eliminated afterwards. It is therefore important to detect deviations at an early stage – in principle already when the strips are still within the tolerance range but have exceeded a warning range. The TLS cross section light scanner is used for non-contact, maintenance-free and permanently accurate measurement.
