Measuring wheel-based length measurement ‘calibratable’ in accordance with MID 2014/32/EU in textile production
Textile fabrics with low elasticity, imitation leather and laminated materials are sold by length and must therefore be measured on calibrated goods inspection machines in accordance with MID 2014/32/EU.
If the goods are neither particularly stretchy nor particularly soft and vary only slightly in thickness and structure, the use of measuring wheel-based, calibrated length measuring systems is recommended.
