The Czech Institute of Metrology CMI in Brno has been granted MID 2014/32/EU approval for a μSPEED-PRO laser encoder and a MID-COUNTER based cable length measuring machine. The length measuring machine is part of a cable rewinder from Cabmat.
The cable measuring machine is designed for:
- Various cable types, especially power cablesCable diameter from 8mm to 60mm
- Measuring speeds up to 300m / min
- Measuring lengths from 10m
End customer for the measurement line is a large Czech energy producer. Our representative in the Czech Republic Polz Instruments s.r.o. was involved in the MID implementation and can be contacted for support in this area.
