Cable Measurment, precise, reliable, maintenance-free acc. MID 2014/32/EU
Cables are usually sold on rolls according to length and must therefore be measured with calibrated length measurement systems in order to sell within or into the EU. Larger cable diameters with firm and non-slip insulation can still be easily measured with contact devices. Smaller cable diameters, those with smooth coatings or those that form strands, however, should be measured with non-contact cable measurement systems according to MID 2014/32 / EU. ELOVIS offers a complete solution including cable routing, laser protection, printer connection and interface for production data acquisition.

- Measurement accuracy, contactless μSPEED: typically 0.05%
- Amortization: 1 – 2 months, direct encoder replacement, material guide is required
