Transmisión inalámbrica y sincrónica de datos de medición en vivo

Los sistemas TEDIASENS ofrecen una transmisión de datos de medición en directo basados en WLAN por radio a través de un punto de acceso a un PC. Si se utilizan varios nodos de radio TEDIASENS simultáneamente, pueden funcionar como una red de sensores inalámbricos con gran ancho de banda y registro de datos síncronos. La grabación de datos sincrónica hace de TEDIASENS un sustituto del cable, por así decirlo. Los sistemas se utilizan en aplicaciones de servicios móviles como el diagnóstico de máquinas y las mediciones de campo y de objetos. TEDIASENS está diseñado para las altas exigencias de las mediciones de vibración y aceleración con acelerómetros industriales. Los sensores de velocidad, desplazamiento, presión y flujo o los codificadores y barreras de luz pueden ser escaneados sincronizadamente con TEDIASENS. TEDIASENS-SN-I (Sensor-Node-internal)

Sensor Node Type SN-I (Sensor-Node-Internal) are equipped with a 3-axis accelerometer.

  • Wireless sensor node with integrated 3-axis accelerometer in 10g or 100g version
  • Extremely powerful: the signals are sampled with a dynamic of 24 bit and a maximum frequency of 13 kHz
  • Measurement accuracy of 2 mg (RMS) from 1 Hz to 8 kHz (-3dB)
  • Battery Life for 8-9h continuous runtime
  • Live measurement data transmission via WLAN to an USB access point
  • Display, evaluation and storage of measurement data via PC software (TDS GUI)
  • Synchronous measurement data transmission when using several radio nodes at the same time

TEDIASENS-SN-X (Sensor-Node-external)

Sensor Node Type SN-X (Sensor-Node) offers 3 BNC sockets in order to connect external sensors. The SN-X are identical with SN-I sensor nodes, except:

  • No integrated accelerometers, instead …
  • Connection of 3 external measurement sensors (vibration, pressure, temperature, speed, force, …)
  • External sensors can be connected to sensor nodes via BNC or LEMO connectors
  • External sensors can optionally be fed IEPE compliant
  • Dynamic of 24 bit and SNR of -109.5dB RMS at a maximum sampling rate of 13 kHz

TEDIASENS-LN Series (Logging-Node)

In addition to the TEDIASENS systems, which are used for synchronous live measurement data acquisition and are often used for short measurement times with online evaluation, ELOVIS develops customized LOGGING-NODE systems for long-term condition monitoring of machines or systems with radio connection. Depending on the type, LOGGING-NODE measurement systems are created with internal and external sensors for different measuring quantities. The measured data can be continuously or periodically monitored and recorded over several years. Selected measurement data, alarms or preprocessed signal characteristics are transmitted by radio to a gateway, which provides the data to the network.

Compared to wired condition monitoring systems, the LOGGING-NODE systems offer the following advantages:

  • easy and fast installation and use
  • smallest design
  • lowest energy consumption
  • connection via radio
  • Power supply possible with or without battery
  • Low to none cabling effort
  • Operation with or without gateway possible
  • Industry 4.0 to go! for the machine or oject to be monitored
