Wireless, synchronous Vibration and Oscillation Measurement

TEDIASENS SN-I is a small and specialized version of the TEDIASENS SN-X radio module. «SN» stands for «Sensor Node». By avoiding cables as well as an internal industrial 3D accelerometer, numerous measurement tasks in the field of vibration and oscillation analysis can be solved without much installation effort. The industrial acceleration sensors have a measurement range of ± 10 g to ± 100 g and a measurement accuracy of 2 mg (RMS) over the bandwidth of DC or 1 Hz to 8 kHz (-3dB). The signals are sampled with a dynamic of 24 bit and a maximum frequency of 13 kHz. Application of SN-I: wireless synchronous vibration measurement, wireless oscillation measurement, acceleration measurement. Impact tests.

TEDIASENS SN-I

  • Wireless sensor node with integrated 3-axis accelerometer in 10g and 100g version

Identical to TEDIASENS (above), however:

  • no synchronous measurement data transmission when using several radio nodes at the same time

The Plug-In Power Supply TDS-PS serves as a charging unit and can be used for all TEDIASENS radio nodes.

Access Point

TDS-AP

The standard access point for the TEDIASENS radio nodes has its power supply via USB. The data communication works via Ethernet network.
