This includes the regular check of system speedometers or speed measurement devices as well as the trouble shooting to find machine malfunctions such as slippage on the drive, wrong roll diameter, wrong machine tension. &#8230; With a sensor weight of only 0.9 kg and equipped with an optical adjustment device, speeds can be measured from a safe distance, yet with high precision. For this purpose, the \u03bcSPEED sensor is not kept in hand, but it is set up very quickly and safely parallel to the machine measurement by means of a tripod or magic arm. In accordance with the Plug and Play concept, \u03bcSPEED neither has to be parameterized nor otherwise adapted to the material or application. If necessary, even autonomously operated speed gauges are realized. \u03bcSPEED sensors equipped with a battery and data logger require a minimum of installation space and can measure objects that are operated far away from the power supply and detached from the controls.
